Terms of service
1. Definition and object of the contract
1.1 This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods between an online store called Toyshouse.it, with registered office at Viale delle Costellazioni 78, Bibione (VE) - 30020 - Italy, and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is concluded directly through Toyshouse.it's acceptance of a purchase offer made by the Customer online on the website www.toyshouse.it (the "Site").
1.2 These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions", "Terms of Service") and, in particular, the information referred to in Article 1, are binding on the Company. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Toyshouse.it and displayed on the Site, will remain valid and effective until modified and/or supplemented by Toyshouse.it. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our Site. It is the Site user's responsibility to periodically check this page for any changes. The most recent updated version of the Terms of Service is available on the Site.
1.3 By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you accept our "Agreement" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site.
2. Prices, photos and descriptions
2.1 All prices listed include VAT (unless otherwise indicated) and exclude shipping costs. The products displayed on the site may no longer be available or for sale at the time the Customer accesses the site, and their prices are subject to change.
2.2 Shipping costs are indicated on the site.
2.3 Photos do not always depict the actual product being sold, but are for illustrative purposes only. Always check the title and description. All information published in the ads is considered valid, except for errors and omissions in transcription, title, price, quantity, description, or photo.
3. Purchase and payment methods
3.1 The Customer will receive a summary email from the Site, informing them that their purchase proposal is being processed and will be deemed accepted, unless otherwise communicated by email within the deadlines indicated on the Site.
3.2 The Customer may choose any payment method indicated as valid by Toyshouse.it on the Site (for more information, visit our "Secure Payment" page).
3.3 An invoice request may be made by both Italian and European customers. The Customer must send an invoice request to Toyshouse.it by email to customer@toyshouse.it. Customers wishing to receive an invoice must notify us before finalizing the purchase proposal and must also provide the information necessary to process the document.
3.4 Toyshouse.it processes invoices after verifying the information provided by the Customer within the agreed timeframe and methods. The invoice will be attached to the shipping documents and will travel with the item ordered by the Customer. Invoice requests cannot be fulfilled after the package has been shipped.
3.5 All invoice requests that do not comply with the above-mentioned points will not be fulfilled.
3.6 We are a store certified by the AICEL (Italian Electronic Commerce Association). The SonoSicuro certificate identifies us as a store with an efficient and legally compliant sales system.

4. Product delivery, complaints
4.1 Toyshouse.it delivers products to the address indicated by the Customer.
4.2 Any complaints regarding the purchase of a product may be forwarded to the reference address provided in the contact information on the Website.
4.3 The Customer may optionally request package insurance. If insurance is not requested, Toyshouse.it will NOT be liable for any damage resulting from transportation.
4.4 For all international shipments outside the European Union, the shipping costs indicated on the website do NOT include charges, customs clearance, duties, additional taxes, or any other fees that may be required to complete customs clearance. These costs will be advanced by DHL and must be paid by the Customer to DHL upon delivery of the shipment. Toyshouse.it will NOT be responsible for any packages held in customs or not collected by the customer. 5. Product availability
Toyshouse.it accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products in stock. Therefore, acceptance by Toyshouse.it of the purchase proposal submitted by the customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Toyshouse.it undertakes to promptly notify the customer of any unforeseeable stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes.
6. Customer obligations
The Customer represents and warrants that he or she is a consumer as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, that he or she is of legal age, and that the information provided for the execution of the Contract is true and accurate.
The Customer is responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of his or her order, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.
7. Registration and account closure
7.1 Browsing the Site does not require the Customer to register an account. However, if the Customer wishes to make purchases, it is necessary to register an account. The account is personal and cannot be shared with other people. Registered users also have the ability to upload their own content to the Site.
7.2 If the Customer wishes to close their account on the Site, they can contact our Customer Service. Cancellation or suspension of the account is at the discretion of Toyshouse.it and is unconditional.
7.3 Toyshouse.it assumes no responsibility for any content uploaded by the user, as such content is not moderated.
8. Competent court
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, or breach of the Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, or the Court of Pordenone, if the Customer's place of residence or domicile is abroad.
Furthermore, consumers established in Europe may use the platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of any disputes arising from the online contract concluded on the site. The European ODR platform is available at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr
9. Limitation of Liability
Toyshouse.it will not be liable to users in the following circumstances:
1) any losses incurred that are not a direct consequence of a breach of the Terms by Toyshouse.it.
2) any damages or losses resulting from interruptions or malfunctions of the Site due to force majeure or unforeseen and unforeseeable events and, in any case, beyond the control of Toyshouse.it.
