Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal
For European Union citizens, pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005, if the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send written notification within 14 days of receiving the goods. The notification must be sent by email to info@toyshouse.it. The goods must then be returned within 14 days of the date of notification of withdrawal, taking care to carefully package the goods, placing them in an external box, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tape, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in its original packaging, aesthetically unaltered and complete with all its parts and accessories, including any warranties, instructions, licenses, etc. The full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded after verifying the integrity of the goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer to complete the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
- The Customer expresses his or her desire to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above.
- The purchased item is intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: gifts, freebies, accessories, etc.).
- The product is returned within the timeframe and according to the methods described above.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected for any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
After checking the integrity of the goods, we will refund the amount paid by the Customer at the time of purchase.
Toyshouse.it will refund, within 14 days of the date the Customer receives the products: the full price paid by the Customer if the product is returned complete with all its parts and functions; or the portion of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the Customer who has significantly worn the product and/or significantly reduced its value, i.e., attributable to handling unnecessary for checking the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2. Warranties and assistance
Within the European Union, the warranty and assistance regulations for the sale of consumer goods apply to Toyshouse.it for products purchased by the Customer.
Toyshouse.it is liable to the Customer for any defect or lack of conformity found on the purchased product for a period of two years, starting from the date of delivery of the product. This warranty must concern a problem that was inherent to the product from the outset and therefore not the result of breakage or tampering. In other words, the warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery, excluding any cases in which the defect was caused by improper use, such as damage caused by dropping, breakage, manipulation, or repair by unauthorized parties.
The Consumer Code states that within two years of delivery, the Customer may request warranty intervention, which consists of exercising the right to restore the product's conformity through two types of remedies:
1) repair of the defective product or replacement with a similar product;
2) replacement of the defective product with a similar product; 2) Price reduction and termination of the contract, when the two above options are deemed unreasonable.
To avail of the warranty, the Customer must send an email to info@toyshouse.it specifying the lack of conformity.
3. Return conditions for non-European countries
When returning goods from non-European countries, the goods must be shipped to the previously indicated address by post or courier, as preferred. We recommend standard shipping with tracking and insurance, as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery, or delays.
The shipping costs for returning the product and any other related charges, such as local taxes, customs duties, import duties, and/or customs clearance, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.
Before returning the goods, check with your local authorities to determine whether a refund of taxes and VAT paid is available.
When completing the customs declaration forms (CN22 and/or CN23), please indicate "Returned goods – Failed sale" and attach them to the outside of the package.
If customs duties/charges are found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (held in customs or sent back with any additional costs always paid by the sender).
